HERITAGE TOUR

Journey back in time as we take you to the different heritage homes of our ancestors. Drive to the city of Silay for a visit to the Bernardo Jalandoni museum. See how we Negrenses uniquely lived during the days when sugar was the main driver of our economy. Next stop is the San Diego Pro-Cathedral. This is the only church with a cupola than can be found in the Island. We then proceed to the BalayNegrense, ancestral home to Victor Gaston, son of a French immigrant, Yves Leopold Germaine Gaston who introduced sugar farming in the island. Your tour will make a last stop in Talisay City, in a magnificent mansion popularly known as The Ruins.
